Currently Reading (June 2026). #StillFallingForYou #NetGalley

My reading list for the month of June.

Still Falling For You by Holly Miller

I received a copy of the book Still Falling For You by Holly Miller from NetGalley. This romance novel follows the story of Rachel and Josh, who meet during their freshers’ week. The story explores the themes of love, mortality, and time. I loved reading the author’s ‘What Might Have Been‘; it was very engaging and emotional. That’s why I am extremely excited to delve into this book.

The Million Pound Bank Note by Mark Twain

The Million Pound Bank Note is a short story written by Mark Twain. Two eccentric, wealthy brothers make a bet related to a million-pound note. One brother believes that this note could survive a month in London without spending it because it would grant the person massive credit. On the other hand, the second brother believes the man would starve because no one would change it. They involve a person named Henry in their bet.

The Sound and the Fury by William Faulkner

The Sound and the Fury by William Faulkner is an American classic. The book is set in Jefferson, Mississippi, and it chronicles the tragic decline as well as the moral decay of a once prominent Compson family, who were an aristocratic Southern household.  The story revolves around the four Compson children- Quentin, Jason, Caddy, and Benjy. I am intrigued by the premise, but slightly worried about the stream of consciousness narration.
